Dame Prue Leith is an award winning restaurateur, best selling author and TV broadcaster best known for bringing a splash of colour to the Great British Bake Off where for 9 years her warmth and expertise inspired countless home bakers.
Prue will be spilling the highs and lows of a colourful career spanning six decades and explaining why aging isn’t slowing her down!
There will be a live audience Q&A session after the talk followed by a book signing event in conjunction with Waterstones. Books will be available to purchase on the night.
Tickets cost £20, with proceeds supprting the Big Build.
